I've worked on both sides of transformation.

My career has taken me from engineering and financial services into global enterprise transformation. At organisations including Deutsche Bank and JLL, I've worked on complex technology and organisational change, learning what it takes to move from strategy to adoption.

More recently, I founded RIADIS and built RIADIS.ai, an AI-powered commercial intelligence product that turns property-buyer conversations into structured qualification and actionable sales priorities. Working across product strategy, frontend, backend and AI workflows gave me a different perspective on how technology gets built — not just how organisations adopt it.

Today, I bring both perspectives together: enterprise-scale transformation leadership and hands-on AI product development. I'm particularly interested in roles where AI innovation, product strategy and organisational change meet.
