Discovering trustworthy new-build properties can mean navigating fragmented information and indirect enquiries. RIADIS.ma was designed to bring developments in Marrakech into one marketplace and help buyers connect directly with developers.

The product brings together property discovery, development information and a route to direct contact. Its marketplace design centres on verified listings, developer profiles, property detail pages and buyer search — making trust and clarity part of the buying journey rather than an afterthought.

As Founder & Product Builder, I led product discovery, strategy, UX and platform implementation. The work connected the buyer’s need for clear, trustworthy information with the developer’s need for a direct route to relevant enquiries.

From property discovery to financing clarity.

The embedded mortgage calculator extends the marketplace beyond browsing. Buyers can explore their purchase objective, available deposit and loan term alongside estimated monthly repayments and financing costs. For an investment scenario, the interface also shows estimated rent and a monthly balance — bringing financial considerations into the property decision itself.

RIADIS.ma is a standalone marketplace: it helps buyers discover developments and reach developers. RIADIS.ai extends that entrepreneurial journey into conversational qualification and commercial decision support. The marketplace established the product and market foundation; the AI product adds an intelligence layer to the enquiry journey.

The delivered product is a live marketplace website with a property-discovery experience. The product lesson is that trust needs to be expressed through the information buyers see and the contact journey they can follow — while enquiry quality creates a distinct opportunity for commercial intelligence.
